In 2009, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved the drug Tadalafil for the treatment of erectile dysfunction.
In 2011, The Journal of Sexual Medicine published the results of a study conducted at the University of Cincinnati. 168 men aged 19 to 64 years participated in the study.
The volunteers were divided into two groups: the first group received Tadalafil, the second — placebo. For six months, the study participants filled out questionnaires in which they assessed the quality of erection and the level of satisfaction from sexual activity.
The study showed that Tadalafil significantly improved erectile function in men with erectile dysfunction. In addition, the drug has demonstrated good tolerability and safety.
It is important to note that you should consult your doctor before taking the drug. Self-medication can lead to serious health problems.
